Set up your Home in minutes

Calculist is very much wizard based. You will be prompted for a name and
type of house, then asked to specify each room.

It'll only take you a minute to complete, and you can use it for your
Home and any investment properties you may own.

Using the Room Wizard

Run through the Room Wizard for each room in your Home. We will present you with a detailed list of items typically found in each room.

Simply fill in the replacement value and any other details such as make and model where know them. Delete the items you don't have with a single click, and add extras as you think of them.

Adding Items

You can add items in three different ways:
- In bulk through the Room Wizard
- In bulk through the Multiple Items form
- One at a time to record detailed information

You can edit the details of any item, no matter how you added it.
Record as much or as little as you'd like, including free form description and purchase information.

Re-order Your Items

Click on your Home or other house and you'll be presented with a list of all items entered, grouped into rooms. You can click a column header to change the grouping (eg group by item type, make, model...) and sort by that column.

Or select from the dropdown boxes to only display lost, stolen, sold items etc.

Changing the Status

Each item you own has a status:

- Current (in your possession)
- On loan
- Lost
- Stolen
- Sold
- In storage

To change the status, click"status" which appears as you mouse-over
an item in the list, then select a new status from the popup menu.

You will see the status of any items in the "Current" selection which
are still owned by you, but possibly on loan or lost...
